Application Criteria Must be under 35 years of age as of January 1, 2027 (born on or after January 1, 1992),
Have a cumulative GPA of at least 2 out of 4* (or the equivalent in other grading systems),
Currently enrolled in Turkey or the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus; First- or second-year students in full-time associate degree programs
Second-, third-, or fourth-year students in full-time bachelor’s degree programs (excluding medicine, education, and dentistry programs)
Students continuing their education at universities abroad (Turkish citizens or Blue Card holders); First- or second-year students in full-time associate degree programs
Second-, third-, or fourth-year students in full-time bachelor’s degree programs (excluding medicine, education, and dentistry departments) Master’s and doctoral students are eligible to apply.
