The Central Black Sea Career Fair (OKAF), held under the motto “Youth’s Era of Production” (GÜÇ), will take place in Samsun on April 8–9, 2026, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (İŞKUR) and hosted by Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMÜ). The fair, which will be held in the halls of the Yaşar Doğu Faculty of Sports Sciences at Ondokuz Mayıs University and at the Atatürk Congress and Culture Center, will feature partner universities including Amasya University, Çankırı Karatekin University, Hitit University, Kastamonu University, Ordu University, Samsun University, Sinop University, Tokat University, and Yozgat Bozok University.
The fair, which will take place with the participation of students and alumni from OMÜ and the partner universities, aims to bring together institutions, organizations, businesses, and universities operating in the region to both support these companies in terms of human resources and help students gain detailed information about professions, get to know the companies, and learn about entrepreneurship and starting their own businesses, thereby assisting them in shaping their career plans. Students and graduates will have the opportunity to obtain firsthand information from company human resources representatives regarding job and internship opportunities, career prospects, and other related topics.
